Private Chef on board

We have partnered with Sips & Nibbles to offer charter guests a bespoke private chef experience onboard Mango, our Princess F55 flybridge. From the moment you step on board everything is sorted, food, drinks, service. Enjoy a bespoke menu served throughout the day whilst you enjoy relaxing and taking in all that the Solent has to offer. No reservation times to adhere to or booking restrictions. This truly is a luxury day out.

As well as Dan’s wonderful food Emma is able to use her training and expertise to enhance your wine experience onboard. Opt for familiar vineyards or allow her to suggest some alternatives which you may find prove to be go to favourites of the future.

Dan has been a chef for over 15 years working in kitchens such as The Savoy (1 Michelin star) under Gordon Ramsey and Le Manoir aux Quat”saisons (2 Michelin Star) under Raymond Blanc. He was also head chef at The Boot, Sarratt whilst it held 3 Rosettes.

Emma has a BSc degree in Food Science & Microbiology from the University of Surrey, is level 3 WSET 3 wine trained and currently training for level 4 whilst also completing her level 4 Chartered Institute of Procurement (CIPS) diploma. She has worked for and serviced many high net worth individuals.

This is a really exciting partnership which, combined with our modern, well equipped Princess F55 flybridge delivers a genuinely one off experience. Pricing is not prohibitive when compared to the better land based alternatives and you won’t struggle to get a table.
