The Hut is a popular seafood restaurant on the Isle of Wight and somewhere we visit regularly in course of a charter season. It offers informal dining whilst looking out over the Needles to Hurst Castle. Patrons include radio presenter Chris Evans who hosted his Virgin radio show from there in 2019. Very much the place to be seen private dining is available on a raised terrace overlooking the main restaurant. Book well in advance.

Arrive in style on our 2023 58ft Princess F55 Flybridge motor yacht. We anchor in front of the restaurant and one of their ribs collects you then brings you back after the meal. Colwell Bay can be a bit exposed in Westerly winds making it uncomfortable but fortunately we have a £120,000 Seakeeper gyro stabilisation system fitted which eliminates roll both at anchor and when underway. The boat features many upgraded options in addition to standard refinements such as luxury fresh water bathrooms full climate control, ice maker, ample refrigeration and large guest areas both inside and out. We cover all areas of the Solent from our base at Haslar marina Gosport (Portsmouth) but can start and finish your charter from alternative ports of call to suit individual requirements.
